Heritage Isles Tree Trimming and Common Sidewalk Area Power Washing

It’s time to start that spring cleaning!

While you’re cleaning the inside don’t forget about the outside as well. It’s time to clean those roofs! We have noticed there are a few homes in the community that need a roof cleaning. To clean your roof, we recommend that you perform a soft clean. A soft clean does not involve a pressure washer, which can damage your shingles. You can purchase roof cleaner at your local hardware store as well as you can contact a local pressure washing company.

We have scheduled a common area pleasuring washing for Friday April 16th. We have a working relationship with two power washing companies that can clean roofs and concrete areas. They are: Wesley Chapel Pressure washing Jamie – 813-995-1519 and Station House Pressure Washing Anthony – 813-624-2558. Both companies are owner operated. We have found them to very responsive and both are aware that they may be receiving calls for their services from Heritage Isles residents. Of course the cleaning can be done however seen fit by you.

Additionally, the trees in Heritage Isles along the roadways are going to be trimmed the week of April 25th. If you would like to have the side of the tree that faces your house trimmed, please make sure you email Condominium Associates by Friday April 22 ^nd so that we can inform Arbor Pro. House side trimming will be at no cost to our residents and will be done in a manner that will not harm our trees.
